JD Winkerman Invites The Little Girl Skunk Over For A Vacation is the 42nd episode of The Happy Tree Friends Fanon Stories Show and the 28th episode of Season 2. In this episode, JD Winkerman goes on a vacation and asks The Little Girl Skunk to come with him and his family and Cuddles.

JD Winkerman plays in the park with The Little Girl Skunk. They play a game of chess at the picnic table. The Little Girl Skunk wins the game. JD Winkerman has 5 tickets for a Vacation to the Boardwalk and asks The Little Girl Skunk to come along. She agrees and The Winkster sees the dirt on her cape, vest bow and diaper. JD Winkerman gets the dirt off of The Little Girl Skunk's diaper. He takes her to his house and lets her shower while he cleans her dirty laundry. Later, JD Winkerman, Gia and Billy pack up for vacation and they go with The Little Girl Skunk to the airport by the transit bus. Cuddles who is waiting for JD Winkerman sits on the bench at the airport. JD Winkerman and company arrive. Cuddles sees The Little Girl Skunk and JD Winkerman informs Cuddles that she is just invited to come along. They board their flight to the Boardwalk.
On board the flight, JD Winkerman holds his baby son in his lap and has fun with him. The Winkster drops his son and Billy cries. Gia picks up Billy and soothes him by rubbing his tummy and touching his diaper. JD Winkerman gets up to walk around and puts Billy in his diaper to keep him safe. After walking Billy climbs out of The Winkster's diaper and back to their seat on the plane.
Later they arrive and Billy has a poopy diaper. When they go into the airport, JD Winkerman takes his son to the men's restroom to change his diaper. Later they come back and the group gets their baggage. They take the bus to a fancy hotel that JD Winkerman set a reservation for. It is a fancy hotel that gives folks luxury at low prices. JD Winkerman and company head to the hotel clerk and they get to the room they reserved. They get a nice penthouse suite with a view of the Boardwalk. It has a big TV, a big bed and an extra room for The Little Girl Skunk, Cuddles and Billy. It has a bathroom with a nice shower. It even has a fridge. JD Winkerman sets up the portable crib he brought so Billy can sleep. The Little Girl Skunk knows that they will be in the hotel like fancy folks.
Cuddles suggests they go for a walk on the Boardwalk. They head out and explore the Boardwalk. JD Winkerman and Gia dance to a Dixieland band of Generic Tree Friends. The Little Skunk Girl eats some cheeseburgers with Cuddles and Billy. They all have a fun time.
That night, the group returns to the hotel and JD Winkerman has ordered a pizza from room service. They all have dinner and discuss their plans for the next day. JD Winkerman and Gia later head to the shower and put on nighttime diapers.
Later the guys go to bed. JD Winkerman puts a nighttime diaper on Billy and gives The Little Girl Skunk a nighttime diaper which she puts on. JD Winkerman then puts Billy down in the portable crib. The Little Girl Skunk and Cuddles get into their beds. JD Winkerman puts leftovers from dinner in the fridge and gets into bed with Gia and they turn off the TV and go to bed, ending the episode.
Moral: "Vacation is an adventure!"

- This is the first episode where The Little Girl Skunk wears a dry diaper with dirt on it. She does not soil her diaper at all in this episode even though Billy soils his diaper.
- No poop is shown, only stink lines are shown.
- JD Winkerman having The Little Girl Skunk with him foreshadows the one day he will adopt The Little Girl Skunk.
- This is the first episode where Billy cries and the first episode where he goes into his father's diaper.
- This is the only time The Little Girl Skunk wears a nighttime diaper because her diapers have a lot more absorbency than a nighttime diaper or a golden diaper.
- This is also the first episode where Billy is wearing diapers with Velcro tabs instead of the usual diapers with diaper pins Cub wears.
