PePe is a fan character created by TheCoolWikiDude in the HTF Fanon stories universe.
Bio[]
PePe is Flaky's older brother who has the same colors as her and he wears diapers. Originally, they were normal slip ons but starting in episode 5 of the 4th Season of HTF Hawaiian Style they were redesigned to have Velcro tabs so PePe can fasten and re fasten them. In the first season and the first episode of season 2 of Happy Tree Friends: Hawaiian Style, he only wore his diaper however in the 2nd episode of the season, he began to wear a denim blue vest to look more casual. He is scared just like his sister Flaky. He used to have incontinence as whenever something scares him, he would pee himself hence the reason why he wears a diaper. Starting in the 6th episode of season 3, he is cured of his incontinence however he still wears his adult diapers just in case of an accident. Now whenever something scares him, he does a face palm. He sometimes pees his diaper just for fun. Originally after he was cured, he sometimes still soiled his diaper whenever he got scared, but that was changed when PePe's cousin Incontinence was created to continue PePe's tradition of soiling his diaper whenever he gets scared. His personality also changes as he becomes normal and starts using the bathroom like a normal character. He likes to lend a helping hand to others. He likes kick boxing and taekwondo and TaeBo. He also likes other sports including surfing, motocross and volleyball.

- He is the eldest of Flaky's siblings making Flaky the baby of the family.
- His diaper size is L-XL and his diapers are super absorbent with leak guards and rash guards.
- However in the season 2 finale of HTF Hawaiian Style, his diaper leaked. It could be possible that he was wearing a low price store brand adult diaper.
- PePe bedroom is full of Buddhist Monkey merchandise including action figures, handheld games, bed sheets, a Buddhist Monkey video game and a plush doll of Buddhist Monkey.
- PePe is a Flaky-sue as he is scared just like his sister.
- He has a membership to Blockbuster Video.
- He likes kids, especially Cub who when he is around PePe bumps his diapered rear end into PePe's diapered rear end which makes PePe laugh in joy.
- His son PePe Jr. loves going to his diaper but only when his diaper is clean and dry.
- Cub used to go into PePe's diaper to make him laugh in joy but soon TheCoolWikiDude felt that PePe Jr. should go into PePe's diaper more than Cub so he switched it to the diapered rear end bumping routine used currently.

- He normally pees his diaper but sometimes PePe poops his diaper whenever his tummy rumbles and doesn't make it to the bathroom in time or forgets to go.
- PePe likes to play Atari 2600 Video Games.
- PePe is TheCoolWikiDude's favorite character out of all his original characters and TheCoolWikiDude's favorite diapered character in the HTF Fanon Stories Universe.
- PePe wears nighttime diapers just in case he wets the bed.
- When PePe goes swimming, he wears gold colored swimtrunks.
- It was rumored that when PePe wears his diaper, his quills can be seen inside of it. It was later confirmed by TheCoolWikiDude that PePe's quills are attached to his side so his diaper can fit perfectly.
- He has a Superhero clone called Super Diaper PePe.
- When he is without his diaper, he looks like Flaky with no dandruff.
- Hugo is PePe's best friend and in the Happy Tree Friends: The World of Songs episode You've Got a Friend in Me, they realize that they will always be friends no matter what happens.
- In The Birth of PePe Jr., an episode of Happy Tree Friends: The Doctor's Medical Show, PePe after failing to have someone be a surrogate mother for his baby seeks Dr. Izzy for the hospital's "Surrogate Doctor Mommies" program to have the baby. They latter got married in Barnyard Wedding so that PePe Jr. can be around his mother more often.
