Ants In My Diaper is the 2nd episode of Happy Tree Friends: The Little Girl Skunk's Orphan Days and the 2nd episode of Season 1. In this episode, when The Ants go into The Little Girl Skunk's diaper, Sniffles must help The Little Girl Skunk with her Ant problem in her diaper.

Plot[]
The sun rises in Happy Tree Town and The Little Girl Skunk is walking in a vacant lot reading a book about Jazz. She sits down on the ground near an anthill. The Ants nearby come out and see The Little Girl Skunk's diaper and decide to go inside it. The Baby Ant leads The Ants into the diaper. The Little Girl Skunk suddenly feels something funny on her rump. She looks at her diaper and sees Baby Ant making laps in it. The Little Girl Skunk screams and goes into a frenzy trying to get the ants. Giggles thinks The Little Girl Skunk is having a sugar rush.
Sniffles is walking down the street and sees The Little Girl Skunk all in a frenzy. Sniffles asks what is wrong. The Little Girl Skunk tells Sniffles to look in her diaper. Sniffles walks over to The Little Girl Skunk and pulls the waistband of her diaper and sees The Ants inside of her diaper. Sniffles lets go of the waistband of The Little Girl Skunk's diaper and starts to think. The Ants pop out of The Little Girl Skunk's diaper to take a look at Sniffles. The Little Girl Skunk tries to take them out but it is no use. Sniffles has an idea while he says "Ah Ha!" and he takes The Little Girl Skunk to his lab to deal with the situation.
Sniffles knows that The Ants are attracted so foul odors so Sniffles gets out a chocolate laxative. The Little Girl Skunk takes the chocolate laxative and starts to feel a sharp pain in her tummy. Suddenly her tummy starts rumbling. Inside her diaper, the ants are having a good time when suddenly they hear a squishing sound. The Little Girl Skunk is pooping her diaper. Sniffles watches in delight as The Little Girl Skunk poops her diaper in order to deal with The Ants.
The Ants are running away in horror but The Little Girl Skunk pees her diaper and then she sits down with her messy diaper squishing The Ants to their deaths. The Little Girl Skunk takes off her soiled diaper and Sniffles wipes her rump with some wet wipes. The Little Girl Skunk puts on a clean diaper and thanks Sniffles for helping her. Sniffles remembers the first time he was around her at the orphanage.
The Little Girl Skunk returns to the vacant lot and reads her book some more, ending the episode.
Moral: "Expect the unexpected!"

- The poop in The Little Girl Skunk's diaper is not shown, instead stink lines from it are shown. It is also heard but not seen.
- The Little Girl Skunk's diaper is dry with dirt at the beginning as she soils her diaper after Sniffles gives her a chocolate laxative to make her poop her diaper. She puts on a clean diaper at the end.
- This is also the first episode where she forces herself to soil her diaper, in this case, she soils her diaper to deal with The Ants. This is The Little Girl Skunk's first time killing characters. In The Big Party, she kills another bug, a bee in her own hands.
- This was originally planned to be an episode of The Happy Tree Friends Fanon Stories Show but TheCoolWikiDude decided to move the episode to Happy Tree Friends: The Little Girl Skunk's Orphan Days instead.
- This episode is play on the phrase: "Ants In My Pants" with Diaper in place of pants.

- The jazz book The Little Girl Skunk reads at the beginning is Bud Not Buddy which is a book about an orphan looking for a home just like The Little Girl Skunk.
